The 1.0ohm coil is best suited for mouth-to-lung users, as it produces excellent flavor without generating a lot of vapor. It performs optimally at wattages between 10-16w. On the other hand, the 0.45ohm coil is designed for those who prefer a warmer vape with a fair amount of vapor production. It performs best at wattages between 18-25w, and still provides great flavor output thanks to the mesh construction.
